Patient Empowerment through Advocacy and Knowledge
Peak is more than a name. It's my mission.

My name is Adam Gross and I am the founder and patient advocate of Peak Health Advocates. I spent years working in healthcare and saw firsthand how confusing and frustrating it can be. Now I put that experience to work for you—cutting through red tape and fighting for the care you deserve.

What to Expect
Free Initial Consultation
We will begin with a free initial consultation, where we'll discuss your specific needs and how I may help. There's no pressure—this time is about making sure you have the information you need about patient advocacy and how it can help you.
Clear Proposals
The next step after your consultation is a proposal. I will prepare a proposal that includes the specific advocacy services we discussed and the associated fees. I may conduct additional research after our consultation before generating the proposal.
The Independent Advantage
My services are not covered by insurance. Because you pay me directly, I work for you and only you—not an insurance company, hospital, or healthcare system. This ensures my loyalty is undivided and my advice is always in your best interest.
I Help Even if I'm Not the Right Advocate for You
I will always be upfront if your needs fall outside my scope of expertise. If that's the case, I won't leave you stranded; I'll help you find an advocate who better meets your needs. Your time is valuable, and you deserve to work with someone who can give you the best possible support.
Convenient Communication
I work both typical business hours and off-hours when needed for urgent situations. We will communicate using the channels with which you feel the most comfortable whether that's phone, email, text, or video calls. This is your journey and our communication should work for you.
Personalized Support
I work with patients, family caregivers, legal guardians, financial guarantors, and anyone supporting a patient's healthcare journey

Regardless of who engages my services, the autonomy and needs of the patient are always the highest priorities.
Working Together
Depending on your needs, I may ask you for medical bills, explanation of benefits (EOB) and other health insurance documents, or relevant medical records and documentation. I will also likely ask you to authorize me to speak on your behalf to your insurance company and your doctors.
I will show you exactly what these documents and processes are and make the process as simple as possible for you.
Patient Autonomy
My objective is to empower you with all of the knowledge you need to make informed choices. I do not make decisions for you; instead I guide and navigate to ensure you understand your options. I'm here to support whatever decision you make and help you implement it effectively.
